Forming the base
Put your chocolate cookie
into a blender, to form a biscuit crumb Half a teaspoon of butter into a bowl, then put the biscuit crumb into the butter, combine the mixture together.
Chocolate Mixture
1 teaspoon of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of icing sugar
A quarter of a teaspoon of cocoa
Mix together till your mixture is smooth and creamy.
When your cheese cake is ready after 1 hour in the
freezer you can take it out of the mould and decorate, with a potato peeler and
a chocolate bar, peel chocolate curls to put on the top of your cheese cake,
sprinkle icing sugar, and your cheese cake is ready to cut and eat.
