How to make Chocolate Cheese Cake edible for dolls




Ingredients
Butter, Cream Cheese
Icing Sugar  
Chocolate Cookie
Cocoa


Forming the base
Put your chocolate cookie into a blender, to form a biscuit crumb  
Half a teaspoon of butter into a bowl, then put the biscuit crumb into the butter, combine the mixture together.



Chocolate Mixture  
1 teaspoon of cream cheese
1 teaspoon of icing sugar
A quarter of a teaspoon of cocoa
Mix together till your mixture is smooth and creamy.


Put a tablespoon of biscuit crumb on cling wrap, using a small plastic container, like a bottle lid, and press your mixture firmly down with your fingers, pour your chocolate mixture on the top of your biscuit crumb and spread it out neatly, put your chocolate cheese cake into the freezer for 1 hour to set.   
 
When your cheese cake is ready after 1 hour in the freezer you can take it out of the mould and decorate, with a potato peeler and a chocolate bar, peel chocolate curls to put on the top of your cheese cake, sprinkle icing sugar, and your cheese cake is ready to cut and eat.
